As everyone has a personal preference in which way their beef is cooked,
we have defined how we cook it according to your request:

 

Cooking descriptions for Beef

 

Blue  -  Seared on all sides, with a raw cool centre

Rare  -  A crusty brown exterior with a warm red centre

Medium Rare  -  A crusty brown exterior with a hot pink centre

Medium  -  Well cooked exterior with a slight pink centre

Medium Well  -  Cooked through with no traces of pink but with some juices

 Well done  -  Very well cooked with few juices left

Very Well done  -  Charred and thoroughly cooked

(This takes a considerable time – please be patient)

Chicken, smoked bacon and asparagus are smothered
in Parmesan cheese sauce and tossed with Lumaconi pasta

Gratuities are not included except for parties of 10 or more when a discretionary 7.50% will be added  

We welcome party bookings but regret that on Friday and Saturday evenings, due to the pressure of business, we cannot always accept bookings of more than 8 people. For bookings of 10 or more people we design a limited version of our a la carte menu. For parties of 20+ people we require a set menu

Any coats, hats, umbrellas or personal belongings given to us to store are done so entirely at your own risk, the Coterie Restaurant Limited are unable to accept responsibility


We are please to present Celebration cakes that are brought in by clients in but ask that they are not  consumed on the premises
We do not knowingly use any GM products in the production on our dishes
Some of our dishes may contain nuts where not specified, please ask if you have a nut allergy or any dietary requirements. 
We have a menu that lists our wheat free items.
